MARK HAYTON
CEO & Leadership development expert

Mark is an experienced HR professional with deep expertise in organizational change and transformation, workforce management, leading people, projects and programs. He has lead teams and million euro budgets, developed HR processes, managed big global employee surveys and in charge of leadership development.
Most of his career Mark has spent Nokia and Wolt.
Mark also hosts a podcast on Finnish leadership (Finnish Leadership Team)

MIIKKA HUHTA
Researcher & consultant

Miikka is an HR professional, communications consultant, award-winning business book author and a communication researcher.
He has worked with a variety of HR processes but for the past 10 years he has focused mainly on talent attraction and retention - in other words developing the employee experience and building the employer brand.

Miikka has co-authored two business books which both have been nominated as finalists in the Finnish business book awards.
The most recent book on diverse workplaces won the award in 2025.

In addition to consulting Miikka is working in the Finnish Center of Artificial Intelligence (FCAI)’s doctoral program researching generative AI deployment related organizational communication.
